Strategy & Bus. Plan. Analyst

To analyze, coordinate and provide continual support to all departments with the strategic and business planning process to ensure successful completion and amendments of plans and budgets

Policies, Processes and Procedures

             Applies approved section policies, processes, and procedures and monitors adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner

Day- to-day operations

             Applies the day-to-day operations assigned for the strategic & business planning section to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures

Business Planning

             Collects information to prepare guidelines for operating /business plans to departments  to ensure approval and endorsement of yearly plans

             Reviews and follows up with departments on business plans and budgets to ensure completion according to guidelines

Budgets

             Supports all departments with budget formulation to ensure accurate and completed budgets

             Reviews, analyses and provides recommendations on NDE/CAPEX to support measure of accuracy to targets

SAP

             Acts as custodians of SAP projects system module to ensure KJO wide knowledge and accurate utilization of software to realize corporate objectives

             Inputs and retrieves data from SAP to utilize for analysis as required

Key Performance Indicators

             Uploads and support all departments with the KPI process to ensure development and update as necessary

Reporting

             Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports for section in order to meet Company and section requirements, policies and standards

             Analyzes and continuously monitors other departments plans and budgets to ensure consistency and accuracy and produce ad hoc management presentations as required

Safety, Health & Environment

             Complies with all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
