College Degree Program for Non-Employees (CDPNE)

The College Degree Program for Non-Employees is specifically designed to attract promising Saudi High School graduates from the General path, Computer Science & Engineering path, or Health & Life Science path in the Khafji governorate for the academic year 1447-1448 H.

Aramco Gulf Operations Company sponsors the admitted students in this program to obtain their bachelor’s degrees. The CDPNE program is considered as one of the primary source for providing the company with professional Saudi employees holding bachelor's degrees.

Program Enrollment Requirements

• The student must be currently enrolled in the second semester of Grade 12 at one of the high schools in Khafji Governorate during the current academic year 1447-1448 H (2025/2026 G).
• The applicant must hold a cumulative GPA of 90% or higher for the entire high school duration (Grades 10, 11, and the first semester of grade 12) and the cumulative GPA for science courses (math, physics, chemistry, and biology) for the entire high school duration (Grades 10, 11, and the first semester of 12) must also be 90% or higher.
• The applicant must hold a QIYAS score of 85 or more.
• Age should not exceed 22 Hijra years.
• The applicant must be a Saudi national.

Application Selection Procedures

When you apply for this program:

• Your electronic application will be received during the specified period below through this website only.
• Your documents will be verified, and screening test dates (English and Mathematics) will be scheduled.
• All accepted applicants will be notified of their test results via email or phone.
• Dates will be scheduled for students who are initially selected to complete the final admission procedures, including the company’s medical examination.
• Upon acceptance into the program, the company will sponsor you to obtain a university education either inside or outside Saudi Arabia.
• The sponsorship includes payment of tuition fees and other fees due to the college or university, as well as a monthly stipend and travel tickets for students studying outside Saudi Arabia. The company also provides medical care according to its regulations.
• The program period is five years, including the English Language Program for students scheduled to study abroad. Students must maintain the required academic level throughout their study years.

Required Documents

After ensuring that the eligibility criteria for the program are met, the applicant must submit the following documents:

• Original National ID card with a copy.
• Original High School certificate with an attested copy.
• Proof of the Qiyas test score.

Specific dates for document verification will be scheduled, and students will be informed ahead of time.

University Majors

The sponsored student will be permitted to choose an academic major from a list of company-approved majors, which are determined based on the company’s future needs.

Study Locations

The sponsored student has the right to choose one of the study locations approved by the company:

• Inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University, Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, and King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals*)
• Outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (USA, UK)

*If you choose King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, you must have prior acceptance from the university.

Application Period

You can register for this program starting from 8:00 AM on Wednesday, 05th Dhul Qaddah 1447 H, which is April 22, 2026. Registration will close at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, 12 Dhul Qaddah 1447 H, which is April 29, 2026.
