Applies approved section policies, processes, and procedures and monitors adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
Day- to-day operations
Applies the day-to-day operations assigned own section to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures
Administrative Tasks
Takes appointments and schedules meetings
Performs administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
Follows-up to ensure transactions are completed as requested and in a timely manner
Coordinates with other departments to facilitate bureaucratic procedures
Orders office supplies as required to ensure stock is always available for department usage
Notifies IT of any issues and follows-up to ensure satisfactory resolution
Coordinates with caterers regarding lunch and for other occasions ensuring preparations are made as required
Prepares response to incoming correspondence to ensure department’s / section’s views are clearly presented
Reporting
Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports for section in order to meet Company and section requirements, policies and standards
Safety, Health & Environment
Complies with all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
Related Assignments
Performs other related duties or assignments as directed
Education
